47.What does it mean to be baptized with the Holy Ghost and with fire?(Matthew 3:11)

“Fire” as an emblem of the Holy Ghost, signifies zeal and its refining power. Fire is associated also, with God’s presence and the power in various Bible references. One who is baptized with the Holy Ghost is equipped to be full of zeal and a powerful anointing that nothing can withstand.

11. I indeed baptized you with water unto repentance: but He that cometh after Me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.
