59. What is the status of a person who repents and is baptized, receiving remission of sins, but does not receive the Holy Ghost?
He cannot be condemned for sins that are remitted, but he falls short of fulfilling the requirements to the enter the Kingdom of God, without the birth of the Spirit.
John 3:5
